WARM offers case management to families and individuals in southeastern Rhode Island who are in crisis. If we have funds available, Noella will bring the family's needs to our Executive Director and ascertain whether WARM can help them. They will also receive guidance in accessing needed services or funds for their particular situation, such as assistance with rents, utilities, or prescription costs. Families are also provided with information on local food pantries, vouchers for non-food items and referrals to other agencies.
The purpose of

continuum of care and
service to the homeless and needy by providing affordable housing
and assuring
supportive services, and to help the homeless and needy build
